The SkyDroid application works for golfers all over the world. As long as your phone gets good GPS signals and as long as your golf course can be mapped (or has already been mapped) using Course Mapper, then you should have no trouble using SkyDroid internationally.

then you should purchase through the Android Market. Click the Market icon on your phone.

Alternate Market

If you cannot purchase applications through the Android Market, we have made SkyDroid available through an alternative market run by SlideME.org and using their market application called SAM (SlideME Application Manager).

Our relationship with SlideME is new, so please let us know if you encounter any issues while using them. Keep in mind that we have no control over any payment processing or download issues you may encounter with them.

Cost
The cost of SkyDroid on SlideME/SAM is currently set to a higher price ($2.99) than it is on the Android Market ($1.99). We have done this for a few reasons, including international tax rates and our newness of using this alternate market.

Please do not be offended that we are charging more through this alternate channel. We are doing our best to make SkyDroid available to everyone at a reasonable cost and even at $2.99 we think its a good value.
